Week 38 - 8 January to 13 January 2018 - Finish external stones walls.

A lot happens this week: two big deliveries to start off, the underfloor heating components and all the tiles for internal floors, terraces and pool. M&M finish the stone wall on the study/trastero. And we are close to finishing the internal wall plastering.

Big delivery. About 350 square meters of tiles...

... and 1000 metres of piping and 200 square metres of underlay for the underfloor heating.

The stone wall is getting close to being finished. This is Monday.

By Wednesday the North side is full height.

And by Friday morning the East side is almost done.

Scaffolding removed, behold!

Now we need to deal with the join between the stone and the blocks and insulation. Next week...

Blocks on left, the insulation and air gap, the stones. We'll cap the lot with cement, then a layer of waterproof membrane, then tiles.

Inside, two masons are building up the bathrooms. This is a sink support in the master bathroom.

Sink and shower enclosure in guest bathroom. Sink support yet to be done.

Built-in shelving in reinforced concrete. This is master bedroom.
