Weeks 42 to 45 - Photos sent in by Bill and Antonio in February 2018.

I left the island on 31 January 2018 and won't return till early March. Meanwhile Bill and Antonio are sending pictures.

8 February: Bill sends photos of the underfloor heating going down. So far the underlay appears to be almost finished and much of the plumbing to the control boxes appears to be ready. Also, the pool stairs are going in.

Bill sent this sketch of the pool 'bench' and steps. We like it! Imagine sitting on the bench with G&T in hand, watching the sun set in the West...

And here is the real thing taking shape. 

Underfloor heating insulation in living room. The hot water pipes will coil around the 'knobs'.

 Running the 'corcho' round corners in the master bathroom and dressing room.

Running pipes into one of the 2 control panels. This is the guest hallway one.

19 February, Antonio sends a couple of pictures of the hot water pipes being laid for the underfloor heating. This is the living room.

And this is the master bedroom.

... and on 2 March Bill send photos of the floor, laid on top of the underfloor heating pipes, and a start on the final floor tiling. Hoorah!
